We have 24 hours claim services for motor, property, marine and miscellaneous insurance together with contracted garages throughout Thailand. We also have marine claim service centers for most area in the world where you are able to notify the marine claim. During office hours, you are able to notify the claim directly at our Claim Department at head office, our branches or BTI claim service centers. For 24 hours claim service or after the office hours, you are able to notify the claim at BTI claim service center.
